According to a recent survey, about ten percent of the couples that are trying to have a baby have sought help for infertility. The doctors that they consult are called reproductive endocrinologists, and it is their job to help couples conceive. As you might expect, there is one thing people fear more than anything else when they see an endocrinologist and that is to be told that they are barren (women) or sterile (men). But rest assured, these conditions are extremely rare and doctors can often help couples conceive. In this article we are going to discuss how to increase my chances of getting pregnant.

The first thing that any decent doctor will do is to ask about ovulation. If you have never heard the term, ovulation is when the ovary releases an egg. It happens once a month and the process is crucial to conception. In fact, studies show that it is extremely difficult to conceive after ovulation. The reason for this is simple: the average egg is only viable for 24 hours, which means that when the sperm locate it after this time conception is often impossible.

That is why it is imperative for couples that are serious about having a baby to track ovulation fastidiously. Though the schedule does vary a bit from month to month, we do know that it often occurs on the 14th day of the menstrual cycle. We also know that ovulation causes a woman’s basal temperature to rise by a few degrees.

Why is this important? Well, because it means that you can track it. All a woman has to do is take her temperature each morning and record it on a graph or calendar. And when she notices that her temperature is rising near the middle of her menstrual cycle, it probably means that ovulation is about to begin.

Another easy way to learn how to increase my chances of getting pregnant is to take a basic multivitamin. Studies have consistently shown that proper nutrition is essential to the reproductive process and that the healthier the diet of the mother-to-be, the healthier and more viable her eggs will be. We also know the folic acid can help reduce the risk of common birth defects.

Lastly, for anyone who wants to know how to increase my chances of getting pregnant, herbs make great supplements. Not only have they been shown to increase fertility all over the world, but they are also risk free and have no known side effects. That is why doctors who routinely prescribe powerful medications will often defer to herbs like Maca, Vitex and Tibulus when treating cases of infertility. All of these supplements help balance the hormones, which make ovulation and menstrual cycles more predictable and can improve your chances of getting pregnant.

For most people, the day their child comes into the world is the happiest day of their lives. But for millions of potential parents their dreams of experiencing that moment of perfect joy have been put on hold because to fertility issues. As incredible as it sounds, one in every seven couples will have a problem getting pregnant. This often means that they are unable to conceive after six months without birth control. In this article we are going to discuss how to increase your chances of getting pregnant naturally.

The first thing that frustrated couples need to know is that the chances of conception are extremely high. Only about five percent of couples have to deal with irrevocable sterility, which means that there is no chance that they will conceive. For everyone else, the odds are in their favor and it is not at all uncommon for couples to have difficulty getting pregnant. In fact, about one in every seven couples visit reproductive endocrinologists (fertility doctors) each year.

But in the vast majority of cases couples are merely frustrated by their inability to get pregnant and the problem can often be solved in a matter of minutes. How? Well, the most common misconception is that getting pregnant is easy and nearly instant. But the truth is that you must know what they are doing if you want to know how to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

It all starts with ovulation. If you have near heard this term before, it simply refers to the monthly release of an egg from a woman’s ovary. Though this normally occurs on the 14th day of her menstrual cycle, the date can vary from month to month. The reason ovulation is so important is because the egg can only survive for 24 hours after release. This means that the sperm must locate the egg before the time is up. And since sperm can survive for days before they perish, the best time to conceive a child is during the week leading up to ovulation.

But as we mentioned, ovulation doesn’t often run like a Swiss watch, which means that it often takes some effort for the parents to be. The easiest way keep an eye on it is for the woman to record her basal (body) temperature each and every morning on a calendar or graph. Since her temperature will rise during ovulation, this simple technique will let the couple know when the best time is to try to get pregnant.

Lastly, there is an old wives’ tale that tells couples not to have too much sex when they are trying to conceive. Well, as you might expect, this is one-hundred percent incorrect. In fact, studies confirm that couples can increase their chances of conception by more than two-hundred percent if they make love each day of the week leading up to ovulation. This is the best way we know how to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

In the movies couples seem to get pregnant at the drop of a hat. In fact, pregnancy has become a standard plot device for many hit comedies. But in real life getting pregnant often takes work. According to recent statistics, over six million women in the US visit fertility doctors (endocrinologists) each year. Many of these women have been trying to conceive without success for many months. It is up to the doctor to offer treatment that will increase chance of getting pregnant.

The good news is that there is a reason why reproductive endocrinologists actually have jobs. And that reason is that they have high rates of success. When it comes right down to it, few couples are truly and hopelessly infertile. The numbers are only about five percent, which means that for most couples there is a solution.

While doctors often rely on prescription medications to solve most problems, when it comes to fertility they are a bit more experimental. In fact, many physicians actually embrace natural infertility remedies. In the next few paragraphs we are going to discuss a few of the most common and effective treatments for infertility.

But before you actually put anything into your body, you must start listening to it. Believe it or not, the number one reason that most couples having trouble getting pregnant is that they do not pay enough attention to ovulation. Studies have shown time and again that couples are twice as likely to conceive if they make love before or during ovulation.

We also know that couples that take heed of ovulation often conceive right away. The best way to keep track of the cycle is for the woman to record her basal temperature each morning. When her temperature increases by a degree or two during the middle of her menstrual cycle, it probably means that ovulation is about to begin.

When it comes to foods, there are a number of natural herbs that can increase chances of getting pregnant. Today we are going to take a look at three of the most popular herbs—Maca, Vitex and Tribulus. We know, they’re not household names, but that is probably because there are pretty much only used for this purpose.

How do they work? Each of the aforementioned herbs can be used to balance hormones. They also make the menstrual cycle more predictable, which makes tracking ovulation a cinch. And since they are natural there are no nasty side effects.

Any couple that has ever tried to conceive understands the importance of ovulation. In fact, studies suggest that intercourse that occurs a day or more after ovulation rarely results in pregnancy. The reason for this is simple: the egg that is released from the ovary can only survive for twenty-four hours. This means that couples only have a short window in which to conceive. In this article we are going to discuss ovulation and getting pregnant.

Though the numbers are not set in stone, we do know that best time for couples to try to conceive is within a week of ovulation. But because sperm cannot survive for more than a few days, even under optimal conditions, the closer to ovulation the better. What do we mean optimal conditions? Well, when a woman approaches ovulation her cervical fluid changes from being thick and sticky to smooth and slippery. This makes it much easier for the sperm to survive and to travel in. In this optimal environment, sperm can live for several days.

So, how does a woman know when she is ovulating? While you can’t exactly set your watch by it, ovulation ordinarily occurs on the 14th day of the menstrual cycle. Of course, this can vary by a day or even two. But since the best time to conceive is on the day of ovulation, it is important to identify the signs and symptoms.

The most common sign of ovulation is an increase in vaginal secretions. As we mentioned earlier, these secretions will be slippery and smooth and will look rather like a raw egg white. After ovulation, when the chances of getting pregnant are slim, secretions will return to their regular, sticky state.

Another important thing to know about ovulation and getting pregnant is that your basal body temperature will increase by a few degrees during ovulation. That is why women who are trying to conceive should take their temperature halfway through their menstrual cycle. By simply recording the temperature at the same time every morning on a graph, a woman will be able to determine her ovulation schedule each month.

Again, it is important to note that none of these suggestions are likely to be one hundred percent effective, but they have been proven to increase the odds of conception. There are also over-the-counter ovulation kits. Much like pregnancy tests, they test the urine for an increase in hormones.

Lastly, when it comes to ovulation and getting pregnant, quantity is more important than quality. That’s right! If you are a couple that is trying to conceive you must have sex…a lot. Studies show that daily intercourse increases the odds of conception threefold, especially when intercourse is occurring during or before ovulation. Yes, we know…it’s a dirty job, but somebody’s got to do it!

Have you been having problems getting pregnant? Do you ask yourself why it seems so hard to conceive. There are a lot of reasons why you are not getting pregnant. In this article we will go over five very important reasons why you are having preblems getting pregnant.

Here we have 5 of the most common reasons for problems getting pregnant.

1. Not enough Exercise You should always try to get at least 15 to 20 minutes of exercise a day. This will definitely help improve your chance of getting pregnant and you will feel better. Try to find an exercise that you enjoy. Try walking, jogging, or maybe even a treadmill.

2. Having sex at the wrong time In order for you to have a baby, you need to have sex when you are ovulating. If you are having sex just any old day then your chances of getting pregnant are slim. Your chances to get pregnant in your 30’s and 40’s get even worse. To know when you are most fertile, you need to know your ovulation period.

A woman’s monthly cycle is measured from until the first day of her next period. Most of the time, a woman’s cycle is 28 to 32 days. Some women can have longer days and some may have much shorter ones. You can calculate ovulation by calculating 12 to 16 days from your next period. Most women ovulate between day 11 and day 21 of their cycle, counting from the first day of your last menstrual period. This is when you will be the most fertile. You can track ovulation using a basal thermometer. This will track the smallest change in your body’s temperature and helps you calculate ovulation.

3. The Wrong Diet The food you put in your body can play a major role whether you are going to get pregnant or not. A lot of women out there are not eating right and getting enough fruits and vegetables in their daily diet. It is very important the you pay attention to this so you can improve your chance of getting pregnant. You should be eating a lot of green leafy vegetables., brown rice, nuts, whole grain breads, and oatmeal. These foods are very good for you and your baby.

google_ad_height = 60;
// ]]>

4. Smoking and Alcohol Use I am sure that you already know this but some women need to be reminded that smoking and alcohol use is not something you want to do if you are trying to conceive a child. Smoking is bad for your health regardless whether you are trying to have a baby or not. A unborn baby is at risk for complications if the mother is a smoker. Also if your better half is a smoker, you and your baby will be affected by the second hand smoke, which can be very harmful to you.

5. Weighing too much is not healthy Obesity experts classify a person who has a BMI of less than 18.5 as underweight; normal is 18.5-24.9; overweight is 25-29.9; obese is over 30; and extremely obese is over 40. You should avoid skipping meals or fad diets. You need to eat smaller portions of food more often and stop eating all of that junk food. I hope this article will help solve some of your problems getting pregnant.

Pregnancy Miracle has helped thousands of women who have Problems Getting Pregnant
